With more than twenty years of experience in real-estate, hospitality and prop/travel-tech, Chen has managed to build extremely successful operations, secure financing and to raise capital amounting to more than £3.5 Billion, including three successful public offerings and more than £2.5 Billion of real estate developments.
As the President and CEO of Labtech Investments Ltd, Chen has consolidated multiple real-estate and technology platforms into a coherent and sophisticated real estate operating entity. Using technology as a driving force, he assembled a portfolio valued at more than £3 billion under one operational organization.
Prior to that, Chen acted as the CFO & Deputy CEO of PPHE Hotel Group, where he led the Group to record levels of revenues and profits with an extremely strong financial structure. Under his leadership and financial acumen, the group’s revenue and EBITDA quadrupled over a period of 7 years, transforming the company from a single owner operated hotel company to a FTSE 250 state-of-the-art hotel group.

After years of working in the construction industry in leading real estate firms as head of Development, Ofer founded a development and Real Estate consultancy firm (‘TL Management’), since then, took part in the delivery of circa £300M of projects to completion.In addition, Ofer manage over 400K sq ft. of commercial and residential assets across the UK.
Legal & Corporate Advisor
Sarig is a lawyer and founding partner of Shalhav Tax and Law, a boutique M&A firm which specialise in all aspects of international tax structuring and deal closing for multinationals and the private equity industry as legal counsel in M&A, corporate restructuring and structured finance transactions, with special focus on Israel, Turkey, US, UK and Dutch multinational groups. Sarig also has extensive experience with fund formation and carried interest structuring.
Sarig is a member of the Netherlands Order of Tax Advisors (NOB), Israel Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the EVCA. He is a frequent speaker at seminars on the tax aspects of leveraged buyouts and carried interest planning and has written various articles on fiscal topic.
Head of Investment
Oliver has extensive experience in procurement and acquisition in real estate investment across a multitude of asset classes including, prime office, core residential and big-box logistics. Oliver has spent 7 years working with family offices to create and execute bespoke income strategies for partners and investors. Oliver has personally sourced and transacted on over £1bn to date.
Oliver possesses industry leading underwriting skills and experience which streamlines the process and provides fast and accurate decision making. In-house modelling is at the core of the underwriting process and is designed to accommodate a range of scenarios and eventualities.
Asset Manager
Tom started as an agent working for one of West Midlands leading estate agents which acting as a one stop shop for his clients. As part of the roll he found deals, negotiated, managed and collected rent for his clients.
After couple of years he started working with us covering our day to day with the existing portfolio and sourcing more deals through his past connections.
